THE POWER OF YOUR BRAND

A brand’s true value goes beyond recognition—it’s a strategic force that shapes business direction, fosters unity, and fuels growth. Yet, many businesses underutilise their brand’s potential. When leveraged effectively, it can drive success, streamline costs, and position you as a market leader. Are you unlocking its full power?

MAINTAINING RELEVANCE

In a constantly shifting landscape, even the most established brands must evolve to stay relevant. The challenge lies in preserving the essence that defines them while adapting to societal and technological change. Anticipating evolving needs and behaviours isn’t just a necessity—it’s the key to staying ahead in a competitive world.

SETTING THE BENCHMARK

In a crowded space where attention is fleeting, engagement is everything. To win hearts and shape perceptions, brands must push beyond the expected, finding new ways to captivate and inspire. The real challenge? Transcending boundaries, expanding influence, and setting the standard that others strive to follow.

FUTURE PROOFING

In the rush of the present, it’s easy to be consumed by immediate concerns. But brands that fail to look ahead risk being left behind. What challenges will emerge in the next decade? How can you anticipate and adapt? The future isn’t just uncertain—it’s full of untapped opportunity.

EVOLUTION WITH AUTHENTICITY

Exceptional brands master the art of staying consistent while evolving. They embrace innovation without losing their essence, maintaining a strong identity through strategic stewardship. How do you define and protect your brand’s core truth? How do you shape its presence to tell a compelling, cohesive story that stands the test of time?

RESPONSIBILITY

Sustainability is no longer optional—it’s essential. Brands that neglect people and the planet risk irrelevance. True impact comes from a balance of bold initiatives and incremental progress. How can you develop measurable strategies to tackle urgent challenges? And how do you ensure transparency in reporting to drive meaningful, lasting change?

Pain Points

POOR COMMUNICATION

Inadequate communication can lead to frustration and delays. When designers are unresponsive, unclear in their instructions, or fail to provide regular project updates, it can hinder the progress and create misunderstandings.

How we address this:

At Pop & Pac, we operate with a streamlined structure, giving clients direct access to our two directors. Say goodbye to the frustrations of larger agencies—no unresponsiveness, lack of accountability, or changing project teams. We deliver the efficiency of a big agency with the flexibility and warmth of a smaller team.

LIMITED CREATIVITY

Businesses often turn to graphic designers for fresh, innovative branding and marketing ideas. However, some designers rely on generic or outdated concepts, lacking the creativity needed to create a lasting impact and often chasing fleeting trends.

How we address this:

For us, design is more than just a job—it's our purpose and passion. We go beyond business hours and generic resources, immersing ourselves in culture, art, architecture, and life. With decades of experience, our drive for innovation ensures your design journey is inspired and continuously evolving.

LACK OF UNDERSTANDING

Inadequate processes, insufficient discovery, and an inability to properly interrogate a client's requirements can lead to designers missing the brief, leaving clients frustrated.

How we address this:

Informed Creativity: We start with thorough research, including a detailed questionnaire, reviews, and workshops to gather all the necessary information. With mood and vision boards, we show that we’ve listened to your brief. This ensures we're fully aligned with your goals before starting the design process.

INCONSISTENT QUALITY

A common pain point for businesses is inconsistent quality in deliverables. This can include variations in design style, mismatched branding elements, or a lack of attention to detail, which disrupts the cohesiveness and professionalism of the brand.

How we address this:

Direct Expertise: Your project will be personally handled by Mauris or David, each bringing over 20 years of experience. We pride ourselves on meticulous attention to detail, dedicating ourselves to perfecting every element, from millimetres to pixels. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll collaborate to make it perfect.

LACK OF STRATEGIC APPROACH

Designers who solely focus on aesthetics without considering the strategic goals and objectives of the business may leave clients feeling unsatisfied. Aligning design decisions with business objectives is crucial for a successful outcome.

How we address this:

Even without a full brand strategy, we make it our mission to understand your business. Every design choice—from fonts to colours—is intentional, validated, and aligned with your goals. Our approach is always strategic and thoughtful—you’ll never hear us say, “We chose it just because we like it.”

REVISIONS

Businesses may feel frustrated when graphic designers are unwilling to revise a design or compromise on design decisions.

How we address this:

We believe flexibility and collaboration are essential to achieving the best design outcomes. When clients engage with honesty, transparency, kindness, and courtesy, we foster a partnership that leads to solutions everyone is proud of. Together, we create designs that are both effective and meaningful.

FAILED PREVIOUS ATTEMPS

Have other agencies or designers fallen short—failing to understand your business, your goals, and what truly resonates with you?

How we address this:

Your success is our priority. We start by understanding where past experiences fell short, refining our approach with deeper research, improved processes, and expert input when needed. Our relentless pursuit of excellence ensures your expectations aren’t just met—they’re exceeded.

MISSED DEADLINES

Reliability Matters; timely delivery is critical, especially for marketing campaigns and product launches. Missed deadlines can disrupt workflows and impact business operations.

How we address this:

We despise being late. Like those who are always fashionably early, we embody that same discipline. By taking on a select number of projects each month, we ensure quality and timeliness. If a deadline is tight, we rise to the challenge—and if it’s unrealistic, we’re upfront from the start.

Miami to New York
Branding, Digital, Naming, Packaging, Placemaking, Print, Signage & Strategy

Miami to New York is a restaurant, café, and wine bar that pays homage to the golden age of air travel in the 1950s. Inspired by the luxurious nature of commercial aviation during that era, the venue evokes a sense of nostalgia and refinement, creating an atmosphere where history, passion, and culinary excellence take flight.

The menu covers, modeled after the classic in-flight Super Constellation manuals of the 1950s, reflect this inspiration. Featuring Miami and New York in their geographical orientations, they highlight one of the first and most iconic flight routes in the world. This visual storytelling ties the restaurant to the pioneering spirit of early commercial aviation, adding a unique layer of charm to the dining experience.

The concept for Miami to New York emerged from the deeply personal journey of its founder. A former pilot who lost his job during the COVID-19 pandemic, he transformed his passion for aviation into this brand and space. The restaurant became his creative outlet—a way to channel his love for flying into a new adventure, offering patrons an experience steeped in history, elegance, and his own story.

Miami to New York invites guests to embark on a journey that celebrates the spirit of travel, the artistry of cuisine, and the timeless allure of the skies.
